Experience Designer

We are on the hunt for a Client-Obsessed Experience Designer who lives and breathes user needs. This role is for a designer who is not only skilled in crafting beautiful interfaces but is also passionate about deeply understanding and solving for the client's experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive client research using advanced methodologies to unveil deep insights into user behaviors and needs.
  • Develop detailed customer journey maps, utilizing design thinking to pinpoint andcreatively solve for pain points.
  • Lead client involvement initiatives, such as ideation and co-creation workshops, toensure our designs are grounded in real user feedback.
  • Create precise wireframes and interactive prototypes with industry-leading tools,embodying the client’s voice in every design decision.
  • Uphold stringent quality standards through methodical testing and feedback integration, striving for excellence in usability and client satisfaction.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven expertise in a variety of user research techniques and a knack for turning data into compelling design insights.
  • Adeptat customer journey mapping with a focus on innovation and practical problem-solving through design thinking principles.
  • Strong facilitation skills for customer engagement, with a history of productive ideation sessions and actionable user testing feedback.
  • High proficiency in wireframing and prototyping software, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail and interaction design.
  • A robust approach to quality assurance, ensuring that designs not only meet butexceed user expectations through iterative refinement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, UX, HCI, or a related field.
  • A portfolio that showcases a deep commitment to client experience across multiple platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, particularly in a client-focused role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and rally a team around the client’s needs
